Megan Connelly, Associate Director and Accompanist

          This is Megan's ninth year as accompanist for the North Hills Chorale.  Megan has a Bachelor and a Master degree in Piano Performance and pedagogy from Duquesne University (2001, 2003) and was the winner of the J. Cornetti Tucci Award for Piano Performance.  She earned her Pennsylvania Music Teacher Certification for K-12 public school music, and has taught kindergarten through third grade music classes at the Shaler Area School District.  Megan is a private piano teacher at Musik Innovations.  In addition, she teaches musicals theater classes for Pittsburgh Musical Theater, plays pit keyboard at the Byham Theater, and is a vocal director for PMT's summer musicals at the Hazlett Theater.
